like to make copies or derivative works of any of Neer Cartography's
maps, please download a Request for Copyright Waiver. Fill out
and return the form to Neer Cartography (instructions are included).
If approved, Neer Cartography will issue a Copyright Waiver.
For most non-commercial uses, there is no fee, but Neer Cartography
will need to be listed as source. Commercial usage fees are based
on how the maps are to be used. This can be either a flat fee

To read and print the Request of Copyright
Waiver, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. Acrobat Reader is
a free program from Adobe Systems Incorporated, that allows you
